Order Processing Time
All sports braorders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday.
Delivery Period
For customers within Netherlands, we offer standard delivery with an estimated arrival time of 8 to 12 business days after shipment. Please remember that the delivery period begins from the date of shipment, not the order date. While we strive to meet these timelines, delays may sometimes occur due to customs, incorrect address details, or unexpected factors.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders must be placed before 5:00 PM (GMT) to be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all sports bra orders within Netherlands.
Method of Delivery
To ensure safe and timely delivery, we partner with reliable carriers, including UPS, DHL, and FedEx.
Non-Shipping Days
Please note that we do not process or ship orders on public holidays.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking ID. The tracking ID will typically become active within 24 hours.

Merwe Fashion processes and ships orders from Monday to Friday.
Address Issues & Misplacements
For misplaced or delayed shipments, please contact the carrier first. If issues persist, reach out to us at support@merwefashion.nl. If an incorrect address results in a returned shipment, a reshipping fee will apply.
Address Changes
To modify your delivery address, contact us at support@merwefashion.nl or call +31 970 105 36342 within 24 hours of placing your order. Address changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped.
Cancellations & Damages
If you need to cancel an order, please reach out within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation.
If your sports bra arrives damaged during transit, please email support@merwefashion.nl with photos of the damaged item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
